These are prints of original illustrations that artists and naturalists made during their expeditions around the world. The only editing we do is that necessary to adapt them to the print size offered. Therefore, any flaws, cracks, canvas texture or discolouration visible on the original piece will also be present in the final print. Please note that due to variations in computer settings and resolution, the colours you see on your screen may vary slightly from the final printed product.

What materials are used for the prints?

We use high quality, high grammage (310 gsm) matte paper for our prints. In addition, we use high quality inks in order to offer the best possible result. This acid-free paper is known for its durability and resistance to ageing, ensuring that your artwork will stand the test of time, maintaining its vibrancy and detail for many years to come.

Can I order a custom size or a custom print?

Currently, we do not offer framing services. Our prints are shipped unframed, giving you the freedom to choose a frame that suits your personal taste and style.

How are the prints packaged for shipment?

We take great care to pack our prints carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Prints are covered with tracing paper and enclosed in a transparent envelope and shipped in rigid, flat packaging or in sturdy tubes, depending on the size of the print.

How long does delivery take?

Domestic shipments usually take around 5 days maximum. For all other destinations we will give you an approximate delivery time when you confirm the delivery address.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to duties, taxes and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear that your order has not yet been delivered. All orders are shipped with tracking, so please check the tracking details included in the shipping confirmation email first.

Delivery should normally take place within a timeframe of five working days maximum from the date of dispatch for domestic shipments, although delays sometimes occur.

At RetroNatura, we are convinced that our work is of the highest quality. Therefore, we accept exchanges and returns without obligation for a period of 30 days from delivery, provided that the returned product is in perfect condition. Only the shipping costs incurred will be charged to the buyer.

What happens if my print arrives damaged?

While our meticulous packaging is designed to ensure that your artwork reaches you unharmed, in the exceptional event that your print arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible with photographic evidence. We will then promptly arrange a replacement or process a refund, as appropriate.
